MANAGEMENT AWARENESS (In-house) 0.5 day

To give Management at all levels the necessary information about the ‘Process Approach’ & standards such as TS16949.

To give Management the facts as to their role in successful implementation of these standards and aligning this with the running of an effective business which follows a 'Plan, Do, Check, Act' Continuous improvement cycle.

POLICY DEPLOYMENT (In-house)

Supports the Management Team in Developing the Business Plan's Key Performance Indicators.

ISO9001 & ISO/TS16949 INTERNAL AUDITOR (Open & In-house) 2 or 3 days DATES

Gives new & existing auditors the necessary skills to undertake effective internal system & process audits.

ISO/TS16949 LEAD ASSESSOR (Open & In-house) 5 days (can be offered on a modular basis) DATES

Gives new & existing Assessors the necessary skills to undertake effective First & Second Party Assessments, either on their own or leading a team. This course meets all key automotive Customer Specific Requirements, including evaluation of performance and written examination, and recognized certification.

** Most of our courses allow you to obtain actual audit experience, undertaking real audits; for the in-house course these are against your company’s audit schedule.

All courses provide a certificate stating the key wording:
